The ladle sliding nozzle destined for the overseas markets of our company can be either made as per the international standard or the Chinese national standard based on the need of the customers, and they can also be tailored under even tighter and special conditions that the customer requires. Currently, the service life of ladle slide nozzle refractory materials produced by our company can reach up to 8 heats, which can substantially reduces labor intensity and save turnover period of the ladle.

        The slide nozzle of the ladle together with inside refractory materials is for controlling  steel flow; meanwhile, it influences the liquid steel quality . Therefore, it should be used with other functional refractories to achieve heat insulation, and improve cleanness of the liquid steel and the quality of billet, slab and bloom.
